We do our very best to deliver all products to your satisfaction. However, sometimes things can go wrong.

Non personalized orders

If you are not satisfied with the product you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@brany-co.com We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the item has already been received in good order.

The refund will include the full cost of the purchase, excluding any shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning the item to us,
will not be refunded.

You have a cooling off period of 14 days after receiving the item. The period begins on the day you receive your order. The product is in its original packaging. Opened and unused products are still covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. If you return the unused products, you are still entitled to a refund. Here, you must send the product to our warehouse in China.

Important: Please include the return form with the package. This way we can process the return faster and you do not have to wait so long for a solution.

A return shipment must have a Track and Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Please contact us before you want to return something, so that we can provide additional instructions regarding the return and are aware that we can expect a shipment.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages

Please make sure you inspect your product carefully upon receipt and contact our customer service immediately if anything is wrong or damaged so we can help you resolve it.

The quickest way to ensure that you get what you want is to make a separate purchase of the desired product immediately after you return the item.

Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel that order. Lack of information about the delivery address or identification that leads to an error in delivery or loss of the package will not be the responsibility of brany-co.com
