1. Where is my package?

Our packages have an average delivery time of three weeks. This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, so we don't want to send shipments every day. We collect packages in large quantities and once we reach our minimum quantity, we send them all together. We hope you understand this and want to help us make the world a little better and healthier.

2. Three weeks have passed and I still haven't received my package

3. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive your Track & Trace Code. It takes about 3 - 5 processing days to receive your Track & Trace. Also check your spam, sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take several business days for your tracking to be activated.

4. How can I track my order?

You can track your order with the Track & Trace number you received by email. Enter the tracking on our Track & Trace page to follow the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.
